• 8.50% p.a. 2 to 3 years fixing
• 9.75% p.a. 4 to 5 years fixing
• 10.75% p.a. 10 years fixing
• 11.25% p.a. 15 years fixing
Repayment Term
Payment on either equal monthly or quarterly amortization of principal and interest, up to a maximum 15 years to pay depending on age and purpose of home loan
