
PVB's Oplan Beterano bags another award for the Customer Relations Category, this time from the International Association of Business Communicators' (IABC) - Philippine Gold Quill Awards. It is a prestigious Awards given yearly to the best communication programs as well as the latest communication methodologies and tools.
IABC - Philippines is the local chapter of the IABC international network of more than 13,000 business communication professionals in over 60 countries. In the short amount of time, the Gold Quill awards local chapter is being recognized as the new industry standard of the public relations and communication industry.
The 2005 Gold Quill Award Ceremonies was held last March 10, 2005 at the new Ayala Museum in Makati City. PVB, represented by our President & CEO Ricardo A. Balbido, Jr. and EVP & COO Roberto A. Buhain, proudly accepted the merit award in behalf of all the Veterans Bankers who tirelessly rendered their assistance for the convenience of all our pensioners. AVP Lottie De Guzman and Ms. Minda C. Cabrera who was also present to witness the event are part of the Team that formed the now acclaimed and recognized OPLAN BETERANO.
