Philippine Veterans Bank (PVB) and the Batangas Provincial Government recently inked a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) during the Province’s Independence Day Rites. Under the MOA, PVB will provide payroll services for the LGU’s Volunteer Service Responders (VSRs) using its 3-in-1 ATM card that serves as an Employee ID card and Time Card and at the same time will allow more than 12,000 of the Provincial Government’s volunteers to withdraw their salaries and other benefits.
