Fast Forward 4’s top honors goes to League 5 with an impressive production of Php 136.5M (as of December 2008), which accounts for 23.4% of the over-all bank Production. In 2nd place is League 2 (Metro Manila North) with a production of Php 123.4M or 21.2% of the bank’s total production.

For 2008, League 5 opened a total of 1,089 new accounts or 34.6% of the over-all account contribution. The League registered an 85% employee participation rate.

During the Team Leader’s Briefing held at the Holiday Plaza Hotel, Cebu City last January 28, the team leaders were exuberant of the results. Each member of the group was very well pleased of their standing, openly acknowledging the achievements of their fellow branch managers.

According to League 5’s top contact officer and also top producer, Nicanor Valles of Cebu City branch, with or without FF4, his driving factor is to increase the branch’s deposits. He uses his personal network f friends, and acquaintances as leads for his prospective clients for the branch. Also, he builds on his relationship with existing account holders, encouraging them to open new accounts in the bank.

On a personal level, Sir Nick, as he is popularly called, takes pride in the sense of achievement that he feels whenever he is able to entice clients to open accounts in his branch. Of course, he is also looking forward to the prizes and aspires to be part of the group that would go on the grand travel this year.

He advises his colleagues to double their efforts and use the prizes as their motivation to close new accounts for their branches. Also, as he states, this reflects on their personal performance. Use their personal ambition to strive for more and it may result too furthering their own personal careers.

Mr. Nicanor Valles has earned 480,453 award credits so far. The league’s top contact staff, Jennifer Monteclaro also comes from Nick’s branch – a convincing statement of hard work of the team.
