Philippine Veterans Bank announced its recent senior officer promotions for 2006.

Promoted to Senior Vice-President is Joselito “Joric” G. Nazario who leads PVB’s Treasury Group which includes Funds Management, Portfolio Management, Treasury Marketing and Correspondent Banking. Having extensive experience in Treasury Marketing & Operations in BDO, BPI and Dao Heng Bank, Inc.; Joric is also a Director of the Money Market Association of the Philippines (MART).

Promoted to Vice-President is Corporate Communications & Marketing Services Department Head, Miguel Angelo “Mike” Villa-Real. Mike carries with him extensive years of experience in Corporate Communications & Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) with BPI. Mike is also a Director of the Bank Marketing Association of the Philippines (BMAP).

Also promoted to Vice–President is Edgardo “Ed” Dajao, heading the infrastructure and service units of PVB’s Information Technology and Business Solution Group. Ed has been in the IT profession for more than 15 years having been connected previously in several local and multinational organizations. Ed is also a Director of the IT Interaction Philippines (ITIP), an association of users of IBM hardware and software.

Vice President Roderick “Erick” Dones currently leads PVB’s Treasury Marketing Department (TMD). Erick joined PVB in 2002, bringing with him the experience of more than 10 years in the Treasury profession.

Promoted to Assistant Vice–President is Frederick “Bombet” P. Rosario heading the Business Solutions Division which evaluates and implements the various automated system requirements of the bank. Prior to joining PVB, he held officer positions in Urban Bank, Global Bank and Export Bank and has a wide experience in system analysis, design and development of banking applications.
