How to Join/Eligibility:

• To qualify for the raffle, a participant must have a valid transaction (fund transfer or bill payment) during the promo period. Reversed transactions will not be counted.
• Actions such as deleting and reinstalling the app or installing the app on multiple devices will not generate additional raffle entries.
• All electronic raffle entries will be automatically generated.
• Physical entries, such as receipts, will not be accepted or counted the promo.                                         
• If an individual wants to be excluded from the raffle promo, he/she must inform                         
  his/her PVB Branch of Account or send an email to digitalpromos@veteransbank.com.ph

Raffle Draw:

• Draw will be held on site at the Veterans Bank Main Office in Makati City and also online. The draw will be conducted by Digital Marketing Office together with MarCom and witnessed by a DTI-FTEB representative.

• Participants can only win once during the draw. If a participant’s name is drawn more than once, he/she will be awarded the prize with the higher value and a new winner will be drawn for the lesser prize.
• The electronic raffle draws will utilize PVB’s proprietary raffle system.
• Promo winners will be announced by Veterans Bank through all available channels including but not limited to its website and Veterans Bank Official Facebook page.
• Winners will be notified of their winning within two (2) weeks from the draw date via registered mail and email.  
• Prizes can be claimed by the winners at their Veterans Bank branch of account within sixty (60) days from receipt of registered mail notification. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of the Bank upon approval by the DTI-FTEB.
• Upon receipt of prize at the Veterans Bank branch of account, winners must submit the following:
  • Signed acknowledgement receipt (to be provided by the Bank branch)
  • Copy of government-issued ID
• All prizes are tax-free, non-transferable and not convertible to gift certificates, vouchers, or any other form.
• Any changes to the raffle draw schedule will be communicated by the organizers in advance. PVB management reserves the right to modify or amend the rules, terms, and conditions of the e-raffle promo as necessary.
• Employees of Philippine Veterans Bank, its subsidiaries and outsourced agencies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to join the promo.
