PROMO DESCRIPTION:

Veterans Bank PAY and WIN P.O.S. Electronic Raffle Promo is targeted at existing PVB ATM cardholders to entice them to use their PVB ATM Cards for purchase or payment of a product or service (via Point-of-Sale devices at retail establishments or payment centers) and earn electronic raffle tickets for a chance to win cash prizes in the bi-weekly draws and the Grand Draw.

The continuing objective of the promo is to encourage and promote the habit of cashless payments among its ATM cardholders.

PROMO DURATION:

May 15 – August 15, 2023 (3 months)

ELIGIBILITY:

• All PVB ATM Cardholders whose accounts/ATM cards are active during the promo period are automatically included in the raffle promo.
• To qualify, a PVB ATM Cardholder must use his/her PVB ATM Card to purchase or pay for products or services and each usage of the PVB ATM Card is equivalent to one (1) electronic raffle ticket regardless of the transaction amount. There is no limit to the number electronic raffle tickets that an individual can earn as long as they are earned during the promo period.
• Depending on the date of transaction, an individual can qualify for the corresponding bi-weekly draw (based on covered period). All non-winning e-raffle tickets qualify for the Grand Draw
• Additionally, an individual can win in any or all the bi-weekly draws provided he/she has a qualified POS transaction for each covered period of the bi-weekly draws.

PRIZES AND DRAW SCHEDULES

FULL MECHANICS

1. All PVB ATM cardholders whose accounts are active during the promo period starting May 15 to August 15, 2023 will automatically be included in the raffle. If an individual wants to be excluded from the raffle promo, he/she must inform his/her PVB Branch of Account or send an email to digitalpromos@veteransbank.com.ph.

2. To be qualified for the raffle promo, an individual must make a successful P.O.S. transaction at any retail establishment or payment center that accepts PVB ATM cards for payment. Qualification for the bi-weekly draws will be based on the covered period as indicated in the table above while all non-winning entries automatically qualify for the Grand Draw.

3. Each successful POS transaction will automatically generate a unique electronic raffle ticket (e-raffle ticket) for the individual. The number of e-raffle tickets will be sent to participants via SMS on a weekly basis using the participant’s registered mobile number with the Bank.

4. For the bi-weekly draws, one winner will be drawn from each of PVB’s Areas which is based on the Bank’s branch distribution as follows:

All entries qualified for the bi-weekly draws will automatically be classified by their PVB branch of account. Non-winning entries in all the bi-weekly draws automatically qualify for the Grand Draw.

5. All scheduled bi-weekly draws and the Grand Draw will be done electronically at the PVB Head Office in Makati (101 Rufino corner Dela Rosa Streets, Legazpi Village, Makati) under the supervision of a DTI-FTEB representative.

6. An individual can win in any and/or all bi-weekly draws as long as he/she has a valid POS transaction during the bi-weekly draws’ covered periods. Additionally, an individual who has won in the bi-weekly draws can still win in the Grand Draw if he/she has other e-raffle tickets.

7. If an individual’s name is drawn more than once during the Grand Draw, he/she will receive the prize with the greater amount. Consequently, a new winner will be electronically drawn for the lesser prize.

8. If a drawn entry does not meet any of the requirements, terms and conditions of the promo, PVB reserves the right to select another winner. For this purpose, PVB shall draw three (3) additional entries as reserves.

9. PVB reserves the right to certify whether or not a winning cardholder is an eligible cardholder and that his/her account satisfies the criteria set in the promo mechanics.

10. Winners will be announced by PVB through all available channels including but not limited to its website and social media pages.

11. PVB may request a photo of the winners or take their photos with their PVB prize. Names and photos of the winners will be announced and may be published in leading newspapers and posted on PVB’s official website, social media pages and other channels.

12. Winners will be notified within two (2) weeks from the draw date via the phone number, email, or mobile number and via registered mail. Winners must claim their prize within 60 days from receipt of the registered mail. All unclaimed prized shall be forfeited in favor of PVB with prior DTI approval.

13. Winners will also be required to visit their PVB Branch of Account or the nearest PVB branch for identity verification, show a valid government-issued ID and to sign an acknowledgment form after their corresponding prizes have been credited to their PVB accounts as well as a quit claim form.

For winners whose place of residence or work is too distant from a PVB branch, a videocall may be conducted to verify identity and thereafter the prize can be credited to the winner’s PVB account. He/She may then send the acknowledgment form and quit claim form to his/her PVB Branch of Account via email or regular mail.

14. Winners must also show their PVB ATM Card during the verification process whether it is done in the branch or via videocall.

15. All prizes are tax-free, non-transferrable, and not convertible to gift certificates, vouchers, or any other form.

16. All decisions of PVB regarding this promo, in concurrence with DTI rules and regulations, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.

17. The promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of the PVB ATM cards.

18. Employees of Philippine Veterans Bank, its subsidiaries and outsourced agencies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to join the electronic raffle promo.
