Veterans Bank Appoints Eulogio Catabran III as OIC

Veterans Bank announces the appointment of seasoned banker, Eulogio V. Catabran III, as Officer-in-Charge effective this January and will lead the management team. Mr. Catabran is taking over from Mr. Renato A. Claravall who is stepping down as President and CEO after six years.

EVP Yul Catabran, a descendant of a World War II veteran, joined Veterans Bank last September 2024. Previously, he was Treasurer and Head of Treasury Banking Group of UCPB and has held senior positions at Chinatrust and Solidbank in his over 35 years of banking experience.

Outgoing Mr. Claravall will remain with Veterans Bank as a member of its Board of Directors.
