Veterans Bank Digital Banking is our secure electronic banking facility which enables individual clients to perform various transactions on their accounts using electronic devices such as smart mobile phones, internet-enabled computers or other devices with an internet browser.

For individual and corporate clients, you can view and monitor your Veterans Bank savings, checking, time deposit and loan accounts online, real-time! You can also pay bills, and transfer funds or send money through Instapay or PESONet via the Veterans Bank Online and Mobile App.


HOW TO ENROLL:
 

REGISTER ONLINE

  • You may register online by downloading the mobile app (scan the QR code below).

  • Prepare your Veterans Bank 9-digit account number.
  • Select the “Enroll to Digital Banking” option.
  • Enter the required details and follow the instructions until the enrollment process is completed.

Reminder:
During enrollment, you may be asked to provide or verify your email address and mobile number. If these details are missing or outdated, you may encounter an error or notice that the One-Time Password (OTP) is sent to your old contact information. If needed, you can update your details as part of the process.

 

VISIT ANY PVB BRANCH

  • You may also visit any PVB branch to enroll.
  • To help speed up the process, you may fill out the Veterans Bank Digital Banking Service Request Form in advance before your visit.

View Account Balances

View the real-time balances of your savings, checking, time deposit and loan accounts.




 

 

 

Monitor Transactions

Be updated on your transactions as these are posted to your account including usage of ATM card for POS transactions. Up to three months transaction history can be viewed online. You can also search for certain transactions using several search filter and criteria. Transactions can be downloaded as PDF or CSV.

 

 

Download Account Statements

For checking accountholders, you don't need to go to the branch for your printed account statements. You can download your monthly account statements directly from Veterans Bank Digital Banking.

Pay your utility, credit card and other bills online.



 

 

 

Transfer Funds or Send Money

Transfer funds or send money to over 100 participating banks/e-wallets via PESONet and InstaPay.
