Full Mechanics:

1. The PVB Heroes PANALOANS promo period is from December 23, 2025 to April 30, 2026 and is open to all Veterans Bank borrowers who successfully apply for either a housing loan or auto-loan during the said period.
2. To apply for a housing loan or auto-loan, an individual must apply through any Veterans Bank branch nationwide or through its Consumer Lending Center located at the G/F Philippine Veterans Bank Main Office – 101 VA Rufino corner Dela Rosa Streets, Legazpi Village, Makati City 1229
3. Once the loan application is processed, approved and booked by the Bank during the promo period, the application of the waived fees will be automatic. Loan applications approved after the promo period will no longer be eligible for the waived fees.
4. The waived fee amount will depend on the final approved loan amount based on the Waived Fees Matrix (see above).
5. Borrowers must have a Veterans Bank Account as the mode of payment will be via Automatic Debt Arrangement (ADA); for existing clients, they may nominate their savings or checking account for the ADA and for non-clients, they must open a PVB Savings Account to avail of the loan and promo.
6. The waived fee amount and offer cannot be transferred to another person and is not convertible to cash or any other forms such as vouchers or gift certificates. 
7. Additionally, borrower must complete the loan based on the original agreed upon terms and loan payment schedule. In case of prepayment, borrower will be charged the total fees previously waived by the Bank.
8. The PVB Heroes PANALOANS Promo is subject to terms and conditions governing Veterans Bank’s Housing Loans and Auto-Loans. All decisions of the Bank regarding this promo, in concurrence with DTI rules and regulations, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
9. Employees of Philippine Veterans Bank, its subsidiaries and outsourced agencies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to avail of the promo.
