Be one of our lucky prize winners when you use your Veterans Bank ATM card to pay at POS terminals nationwide! Promo runs from October 1 to December 31, 2026. Winners will be drawn on January 12, 2027.

Full mechanics below:

1) To join the promo, Veterans Bank Debit Cardholders, whose accounts are active during the promo period of October 1 to December 31, 2026, will register for the promo via the online registration form at https://forms.cloud.microsoft/r/xxKxduXWLR. If an individual wants to be excluded from the raffle promo, he/she must inform his/her PVB Branch of Account or send an email to digitalpromos@veteransbank.com.ph by December 31, 2026.

2) To be qualified for the draw, an individual must make a successful P.O.S. (point-of-sale) transaction at any retail establishment or payment center that accepts Veterans Bank Debit Cards for payment during the promo period.

3) Each successful POS transaction during the promo period will automatically generate a unique electronic raffle ticket (e-raffle ticket) for the individual. There is no limit to the number of entries that an individual can have for the promo. Deadline for submission of entries is on December 31, 2026.

4) The draw will be held live on January 12, 2027 at the Veterans Bank Head Office located at 101 Rufino corner Dela Rosa Streets, Legazpi Village, Makati City and online via Zoom or MS Teams in the presence and supervision of Veterans Bank and DTI-FTEB representatives. During the draw process, the names of winners and the corresponding details of their winning entry will be displayed on the raffle system for the DTI-FTEB and Veterans Bank representatives to see and review its validity.

5) There will be three sets of winners: one set each for Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Basis for classification whether for Luzon, Visayas or Mindanao will be the cardholder’s branch of account.

6) Participants can only win once. During the draw, if an individual's name is drawn more than once, he/she will receive the prize with the greater amount. Consequently, a new winner will be electronically drawn for the lesser prize.

7) If a drawn entry does not meet any of the requirements, terms and conditions of the promo, Veterans Bank reserves the right to select another winner with prior DTI approval. For this purpose, Veterans Bank shall draw three (3) additional entries for each prize per area as reserves.

8 ) Veterans Bank reserves the right to certify whether or not a winning cardholder is an eligible cardholder and that his/her account satisfies the criteria set in the promo mechanics. Additionally, the winner’s account must be active by the time of the draw date until the time the prize is credited.

9) Winners will be announced by Veterans Bank through all available channels including but not limited to its website and Veterans Bank Official Facebook page.

10) Winners will be notified of their winning within two (2) weeks from the draw date via registered mail and email. Redemption of prize is within sixty (60) days from receipt of the registered mail notification. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of the Bank upon prior approval of the DTI-FTEB.

11) Prizes for the draw will be credited to the winning individual's Veterans Bank account. Additionally, after receiving the prize, winners' must submit the Signed Acknowledgement Receipt Digital copy of government-issued ID to digitalpromos@veteransbank.com.ph.

12) All prizes are tax-free, non-transferrable, and not convertible to gift certificates, vouchers, or any other form. 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000 will be shouldered by Veterans Bank.

13) All decisions of Veterans Bank regarding this promo, in concurrence with DTI rules and regulations, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.

14) The promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of the Veterans Bank Debit Cards.

15) Employees of Philippine Veterans Bank, its subsidiaries and outsourced agencies, including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to join the promo.
